We handle a wide variety of visa types; from visitor and student visas, through work visas to residence, investor and business visas. DOREEN BENNETT - Licence number 200901588

Doreen holds a Diploma in Business Management and has been the Director of various businesses since 1995. She worked in recruitment for over 15 years, several of those in the UK. In 2005, she moved to New Zealand, where she specialised in recruiting skilled migrants and assisting them with their visa applications. In 2009 when Immigration licencing became law in New Zealand, she applied for and was granted her full Immigration Adviser's licence. Doreen tackles all types of visa applications, including challenging ones, with diligence and persistence. She never takes "no" for an answer. Everything she does is targeted to her client's success!

TIM RIXON - Licence number 201601605

Tim completed a Bachelor of Science hons. in mathematics in the UK. He started his career as a teacher and then progressed to computer programming and eventually became an IT Project Manager. Tim took an interest in immigration matters in 2012 when he did some contract work for us on the accounting/IT side of the business. In 2017 he completed his Graduate Diploma in New Zealand Immigration Advice and works full time as a licensed adviser for the company. Tim has gained extensive experience in a short space of time, handling applications across the board with an impressive success rate.

SAMANTHA - Administrator / Contractor

Sam (or Sammy as we call her) has worked for the company since 2011, initially part-time whilst she completed her Bachelor of Science in Psychology. She is now a permanent member of the team and a vital cog in the wheel to get our applications submitted on time. She enjoys a good chuckle and encourages the rest of us to do so too. She is thorough and meticulous and has an eye for detail, a highly desirable quality we appreciate in this important role. Presenting accurate information to Immigration is a part of the key to success.

TRACEY - Administrator / Contractor

Tracey has worked for the company since 2014. She worked as the practice manager for 5 years before we restructured the company. Tracey now works for our team on a contract basis where we make use of her amazing people skills and excellent admin and management ability to keep us on track. She has been involved in client management and administrative work for most of her career. Her experience and her calm manner in the handling of our often-stressed clients makes her an invaluable asset. Tracey remains in regular contact with Immigration New Zealand on our behalf and our clients throughout the visa application process.

WESLEY - Technology Specialist

Wesley (from Tuzza Technology Services) handles our network, phone and internet needs, ensuring we can keep our communication with our clients at the forefront. Wesley troubleshoots a plethora of IT related challenges with the flick of a mouse so that everything runs smoothly.

What we do

We provide you with an initial assessment of your ability to visit, study, work, or live in New Zealand.

A licensed adviser will assess your case (please complete our online eligibility form to start with) and provide you with an honest assessment. We will arrange a meeting with you should you wish to ask us questions about our assessment. Once you are satisfied with our Immigration Advice, you can engage our services to assist you through the New Zealand visa process.

We can also help those of you who have already lodged an application with Immigration New Zealand and have fallen foul of the immigration processes. Whether you have received a letter of concern, have had a visa declined or have unfortunately become unlawful, we can try to help.

Every one of us at NZI are migrants ourselves who have personally been through the immigration process. We understand that the decision to move to a new country or if you are already here, to make New Zealand your forever home, is a very serious one.
